You'll receive easy-to-read Management Reports. Metro will take care
of discrimination testing to make sure your plan meets all IRS
requirements. And, of course, we'll prepare the appropriate government
forms on a timely basis.
And your employees will always know where
they stand.
Every time you receive an Allocation Report or Actuarial Valuation, they'll receive participant statements explaining
the benefits they've earned. For example, in the case of a 401(k) defined
contribution plan, their statements will tell them how much they've
saved, how much the company has contributed on their behalf, and how much of that contribution is vested. They'll know
everything they need to know.
We'll keep your plan humming so it will never be out of date.

Of course, we'll
make sure the
government receives everything it needs (in language it understands) to
keep your plan in good working order. We'll fine-tune your plan so that
it steers smoothly through an ever-changing regulatory maze. We'll
make any structural changes necessary to accomodate changing corporate
goals. And we'll explain it all to you. (In English, of course.)
We'll keep you up to date on new developments in Employee Benefits.
Every quarter, you'll receive our newsletter. Just a few pages of
readable, useful (and occasionally amusing) information about changing
practices and laws. It'll keep you up to date on what's coming down the
pipeline and what, if anything, you should do.
